In a tweet posted on April 6, 2025, Rochester highlighted the efforts of the Delaware YMCA Youth in Government program. She praised the initiative, stating, ".@ymcade's @DelawareYIG program does an incredible job helping students learn about our government. These are challenging times, but our young people are our future. I can’t wait to see all they go on to achieve in our state and beyond!"

On April 7, 2025, Rochester expressed her ongoing commitment to judicial reform, particularly in supporting those seeking a second chance after incarceration. She reflected, "For as long as I've been in Congress, I've been working to give those who have served their time & paid their debt to society a second chance & a clean slate.
