On January 31, 2025, Rep. Blunt Rochester emphasized the importance of making resources available to businesses for growth and competitiveness. She stated her commitment to working on this issue in the Senate: "Now more than ever, it is important that resources are available to all our businesses so they can grow and be competitive. I'll be hard at work on this in the Senate."

Later that day, she highlighted her career-long efforts to tackle health disparities and expressed concern over caretakers' fears regarding potential repercussions for treating patients: "I have spent my career finding ways to address health disparities. And across our communities, caretakers are frightened by possible repercussions for treating people. It’s unacceptable."

On February 1, 2025, Rep. Blunt Rochester conveyed her sorrow over a plane crash in Philadelphia that resulted in casualties and injuries. She also extended gratitude to first responders: "As details are still emerging, I am deeply saddened by the plane crash in Philadelphia last night and praying for the lives we lost, as well as all those who were injured.
