Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Delaware’s at-large district, has recently expressed her views on several issues through a series of tweets. Rochester, who has been in office since 2017 after replacing John Carney, shared her thoughts on topics ranging from the privatization of the Postal Service to economic policies affecting American families.

On March 6, 2025, Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester addressed the potential privatization of the United States Postal Service (USPS). She stated that "@USPS is one of the most popular government services we have." She argued against privatizing it for profit reasons, stating that such a move would negatively impact seniors, small businesses, and many others.

On March 7, 2025, she announced her participation in a CNN segment with John Berman to discuss economic policies and educational reforms. In her tweet she mentioned: "I'm heading to the studio to join @JohnBerman on @CNN for a conversation about the Trump Tariffs and the plot to dismantle @usedgov."

Later that day, she commented on financial disparities impacting families in Delaware. She criticized wealth concentration among billionaires while highlighting financial struggles faced by average families: "$2,000 may mean nothing to Trump and his billionaire friends, but for families across Delaware this would be a disaster." She emphasized that wealthy individuals prioritize their gains over the well-being of those living paycheck to paycheck.
