On November 22, 2024, Rep. Blunt Rochester announced the progress of her bipartisan and bicameral BEACH Act aimed at preparing coastal ecosystems for climate change impacts. She stated that "My bipartisan & bicameral BEACH Act will help ensure our coastal ecosystems are prepared to face the impacts of the climate crisis." The bill has passed both the Senate and House unanimously and is now awaiting approval from President Biden.

On November 25, 2024, she expressed gratitude for participating in Dover Air Force Base's annual State of the Base briefing. In her tweet, she emphasized the importance of the base's role in national security by stating "Grateful to join Dover Air Force Base once again for its annual State of the Base briefing this morning."

Later that day, Rep. Blunt Rochester acknowledged local investments in children's facilities made possible by ARPA funds secured by her office. She tweeted about updates to a playground in Dover's Capitol Park neighborhood: "Investments in our children are investments in our future." She thanked Kent County Levy Court for their involvement.
