On January 22, 2025, Rep. Blunt Rochester stated "If you were born in America, you are an American citizen. It’s in the Constitution." She emphasized the importance of maintaining fundamental rights and freedoms while acknowledging the need for immigration system reform.

Later that day, she marked a historical legal decision by tweeting "Today is the 52nd anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade." Rep. Blunt Rochester expressed concern over the safety implications following the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022 and reaffirmed her commitment to protecting healthcare decision-making freedoms.

In another post on January 22, she questioned actions taken by previous administrations regarding infrastructure projects: "Why STOP progress?" She highlighted the achievements under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and criticized what she described as illegal funding halts by the Trump Administration that could negatively impact Delaware's future development.
