On November 20, 2024, Rep. Blunt Rochester extended birthday wishes to President Biden, reflecting on their collaborative efforts over the past four years. She stated: "Happy birthday, @POTUS! It has been an honor to work with you and your administration on behalf of the American people these last four years. Thank you for your lifetime of service to Delaware and our nation."

Later that day, she addressed the issue of violence against transgender individuals in a tweet recognizing Transgender Day of Remembrance. She highlighted the disproportionate impact on Black trans women and reaffirmed her commitment to ending such violence: "On #TransDayofRemembrance, I mourn the trans lives lost to violence this year. Of those we know of in the US, over half were Black trans women. I remain committed to ending anti-trans violence. Everyone deserves to live free from violence and discrimination."

On November 22, 2024, Rep. Blunt Rochester praised fellow Congresswoman Barbara Lee upon her retirement after more than 26 years of service.
