2023 Street Improvements

Beginning Wednesday, April 5, 2023, Grassbusters Landscaping Co., Inc. is scheduled to begin curb replacement, milling and paving on several City streets as part of our Annual Street Improvement Program. The street improvements will be completed in phases for each location. The initial phase involves curb replacement which will be followed be milling of the existing street surface, possible base hot mix patching, installation of the base layer of asphalt, utility adjustments as needed, and the placement of a top layer of asphalt.  Residents within the immediate work areas will receive separate notifications 48-72 hour prior to our contractor mobilizing to each location. The locations included in the 2023 street contract are as follows and in no particular order:

    Madison Drive – Thorne Lane to Madison Drive Extension

    Shenandoah Drive – Wood Song Circle to Glen View Place

    Wood Song Circle – Shenandoah Drive to Cul-de-sac

    Beagle Club Way – Cullen Way to Cullen Way

    Bird Way – Walker Way to Cul-de-sac

    Bowman Way – Cullen Way to Cul-de-sac

    Hidden Valley Drive – Haywood Court to Cul-de-sac          

    Haywood Court – Hidden Valley Drive to Cul-de-sac

    E. Park Place – S. Chapel Street to Manuel Street

    Caldwell Place – Delaware Circle to End

    Del Grove Avenue – W. Chestnut Hill Road to Cul-de-sac

    Pennwood Street – Del Grove Avenue to Cul-de-sac          

    Wyncliff Lane – Paper Mill Road to Cul-de-sac
