Delaware offers abundant opportunities for emerging talent to launch their careers. As an employer, help give them a head start in building a sense of community in a place that is ideal to live, work, and play.
Intern Delaware is an ‘add-on’ to your company’s internship program. During this two-month program, your summer interns receive access to professional development programming and networking opportunities designed to help them understand the unique aspects of Delaware’s economy and culture.
Intern Delaware runs from June 1 through August 5
Programming includes both in-person and virtual events including:
- Panel Discussions: CEO Roundtable, Opportunity in Delaware, and more
- Meet the Governor, Federal Delegation, and other high level business leaders
- Coffee and Conversations in all 3 counties
- Lunch and Learns
- Bus Trip with the Delaware Young Professionals Network to the state's capital
- Career Readiness Workshops
- Invitation to the Millennial Summit
