City of Newark issued the following announcement on May 25.
Due to the Memorial Day holiday, refuse normally collected on Monday, May 30 will be collected on Tuesday, May 31. Refuse normally collected on Tuesday, May 31 will be collected on Wednesday, June 1. There will be NO yard waste collection on Wednesday, June 1. Please call Public Works at (302) 366-7000 with any questions.
