(New Castle, DE 19720) The New Castle County Division of Police is sad to announce the passing of retired Sergeant Joseph Mcnair who retired in 1984, he was characterized as a dedicated officer who served his community with respect and dignity.
The Division sends its deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time.
We will be forever grateful for his dedication to this agency and to the citizens of New Castle County.
