Who are the North New Castle area high school alumni in action on Wednesday, April 29?

Mary Grace Dunigan and Rhianna Gooneratne from University of Delaware were named to Conference USA’s All-Third Team in women’s golf. Both athletes contributed strong performances throughout their season as Delaware wrapped up its first year in Conference USA.

Shea Frost will join the University of Delaware women’s ice hockey team for the upcoming season after transferring from Boston College. Head coach Allison Coomey confirmed that Frost is one of two recent transfers joining the Blue Hens’ roster.

Anushka Sawant from the University of Delaware placed fifth at this year’s PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship. She posted consistent scores over three rounds against competitors from minority-serving institutions nationwide.
