City of Wilmington issued the following announcement on Dec. 3.
The WIN Factory Co-Working Space celebrated with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at 2 pm. The WIN Factory, the concept of Tamara Varella and business partners Linda Watson and Influencers Lab Media, is currently home to seventeen Wilmington-based businesses and growing. WIN provides four pricing level options for co-working space to ensure all levels of business can access working space. What sets WIN apart from other co-working spaces is the culture of a built-in community of support and access. WIN also hosts The WIN Factory Wealth League, which provides Masterminds every Wednesday night at 7 pm taught by area experts in Entrepreneurship, Real Estate, and Investing.
