Later that day, she addressed healthcare costs in Delaware in relation to recent federal policy changes: “Thanks to President Trump & Congressional Republicans, a 55-year-old earning nearly $63,000/year in Delaware could see their annual health insurance premiums rise by an average of $5,780. Lisa Blunt Rochester was born in Philadelphia in 1962 and currently resides in Wilmington. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. Her career in Congress began after succeeding John Carney in 2017.
