Former Caravel Academy standout Haley Grygo played on Friday, May 9 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Friday, May 9, former Caravel Academy standout Haley Grygo’s current collegiate team the Wilmington Wildcats won 3-2 against the Goldey-Beacom Lightning in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Jackson Athletic Complex at 10:30 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Goldey-Beacom Lightning in the tournament.

The Wilmington Wildcats’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 10 at 3:30 p.m. at Jackson Athletic Complex.
