The University of Delaware track and field team competed in the heptathlon at the Bucknell Invitational on April 12-13, with several athletes achieving top finishes.

The event is notable for highlighting strong performances by Delaware’s multi-event athletes, demonstrating progress within the program.

Rachel Kuehl finished second overall in the heptathlon with a score of 4,388 points. This result places her eighth in program history. Isabelle Kapoor secured third place with a score of 4,161 points, ranking tenth all-time for Delaware. Emily Brown also participated and finished fifth with a total of 4,063 points.

Looking ahead, the Fightin’ Blue Hens will travel to Charlottesville, Virginia to compete in the Virginia Challenge scheduled for April 17-18.
